All Bookings Are On A Request Basis. Our Policy Is To
Return A Confirmation Or Denial With 48 Hours.
However,We Will Make Every Effort To Respond Within
The Same Business Day. Bookings Without A Confirmation
Number Are Not Confirmed Until A Confirmation Number Has
Been Returned To The Record.

Studio 6 Does Not Pay Commission Or Offer Travel
Agent Discounts.
-Family Plan
Children 17 Years And Younger Stay Free When Occupying
The Same Room With An Adult Family Member Or Guardian.
All Guests Registering Must Present Positive
Identification And Must Be 18 Years Of Age. Some Locations
May Require Guest Be 21 Years Of Age.
-Maximum Occupancy
1 Bed, A Maximum Of 2 People May Occupy A 1 Bedded Room.
2 Beds, A Maximum Of 4 People May Occupy A 2 Bedded Room.

Studio 6 Does Not Offer Rollaways.
If The Number Of Adults-children In A Room Exceeds The
Maximum Occupancy Allowed They Must Reserve An Additional
Room Or Rooms. This Is A Studio 6 Policy For Guest Comfort
And Safety.

Studio 6 Will Make Every Effort To Honor Special Requests,
Such As 1st Floor, Smoking And Non, And Disabled Facilities
However, The Availability Of These Items Cannot Be
Guaranteed In Advance. Special Requests May Be
Entered In The /Si-field.
-Pet Policy
Other Than Service Animals - One Well Behaved Pet Is
Permitted Unless They Are Prohibited By State Law Or
Ordinance. Pet Must Be Declared During Guest Registration
In Consideration Of All Studio 6 Guest Pets Must Be
Attended At All Times.
Pet Fee Is 10.00 Per Day To A Maximum Of 50.00 Per Stay.

-After Hours Check-ins
If You Check In After Normal Business Hours Through Our
Lock Box System, Your Key Card Will Expire At 12 Noon
The Following Morning. Please Come By The Front Desk
The Next Morning To Complete The Registration Process
And Have Your Key Card Properly Activated.
All Major Credit Cards Are Accepted.
Guest Checking Out During The First Weekly Term Will Be
Charged The Lesser Of...
1. Weekly Rate Times The Actual Number Of Nights Stayed
2. Studio 6 Daily Rate Times The Number Of Nights Stayed
Guarantee Policy: All Reservations Must Be Guaranteed With A Major Credit Card At The Time Of Booking.
Cancellation Policy: If It Becomes Necessary To Cancel A Reservation That Has Been Guaranteed With A Credit Card You Must Cancel Prior To 6pm -Host Inn Time- To Avoid A One Nights No-show Billing. Reservations Made Through Sabre Or A Computer Source Must Be Cancelled Through The Same Source.
