The Comfort Inn of Comfort Suites Intercontinental Plaza is a recipient of the Choice Hotels International Bronze Hospitality. This award is presented to hotels that have achieved two consecutive QAR (Quality Assurance Review) scores of at least 950 for cleanliness, 935 for maintenance and capital improvements, 1,000 for administration and a passing grade on the new pass-fail "brand identity". Because of their consecutive high scores for cleanliness, maintenance and the condition of their hotels, winners of this award are candidates for Choice's Silver Hospitality Award.
